Max A. Feder
Max joined the firm in 2013, and is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Real Estate Practice Groups. Max’s practice focuses on complex corporate real estate transactions, and he regularly represents public companies, private equity funds, REITs, institutional investors, sponsors, developers, managers and operators in connection with sophisticated joint venture arrangements and platform investments, as well as acquisitions, dispositions and financings.
Max also regularly represents sponsors, developers and investors in connection with all aspects of opportunity zone transactions, including structuring, qualified opportunity fund formation and the preparation of offering materials, as well as the drafting and negotiation of the operative qualified opportunity fund and underlying joint venture agreements.
Max received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School where he earned a Certificate in Business Law, with distinction, and received his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Max is admitted to practice in the State of New York
