Andrew Nichols

Associate

Drew Nichols is an associate in the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.   Mr. Nichols advises clients in the pursuit of a wide range of transactional real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, joint ventures, and leasing.

 

He provides counsel at all stages of the transaction process: drafting and negotiating operative documents, analyzing due diligence, collaborating on strategy, and liaising with third-party service providers and real estate professionals (e.g., brokers, title companies, surveyors, zoning analysts, and environmental consultants).

 

Mr. Nichols’ work spans many real estate product types, and his clients range from institutional landlords and developers to new real estate startups.   His background as a generalist gives him the wherewithal to effectively assess key issues and help clients achieve their goals in any real estate transaction.   Mr. Nichols takes pride in working closely with his clients to provide practical solutions and support their ongoing business objectives.

 

Mr. Nichols is admitted to practice in New York.
