Alexis A. Riordan

Associate

Alexis Riordan is a senior real estate associate in the firm’s Corporate and Real Estate Practice Groups.  Ms. Riordan’s practice focuses on complex joint ventures and corporate real estate transactions.

 

She regularly represents public companies, private equity funds, REITs, institutional investors, sponsors, managers and operators in connection with sophisticated joint venture arrangements, platform investments, the creation of new real estate platforms, as well as acquisitions, dispositions and financings.

 

Ms. Riordan’s recent transactions include:

  • a preferred and common equity investment of up to $300M in a vertically integrated operating company that owns, develops, leases and manages single tenant industrial and office properties throughout Texas,

  • acquisition and financing of the fee interest in a hotel in Manhattan involving a ground lease and condominium structure;

  • a debt and equity investment of up to $125 million in a privately held, vertically integrated developer and owner of student housing in the United States,

  • a preferred and common equity investment of up to $200M in connection with the launch of a senior living/health-care REIT.

Ms. Riordan joined the firm in June 2014 and is magna cum laude graduate of University of Miami School of Law. She received her B.A. in in Math, English and Economics from Vanderbilt University.
