Many people admittedly start with us in one of our entry level positions. However, due to our leaner staff, we are able to expose new hires to all aspects of our business thereby giving them fuller training than they would receive in a large law firm setting. This has resulted in the Firm promoting from within our ranks time and time again due to the high level of talent on our staff. Ultimately, once administrative personnel join the Firm:
- They find they really like the people.
- They find they really respect the people.
- They like the values – and they like the hedgehog.
- They receive great training and get to put that training to use.
Through our regular review process we are able to identify what people’s strengths are and give them additional training in those areas so that they can perform at their highest level. This typically leads to promotions with increased responsibilities for our talented staff members, and a career path begins to take shape. Sometimes the career path is set ahead of time, and sometimes it is developed.
