Michael Estreicher

Mr. Estreicher is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group and the Real Estate Finance and Distressed Real Estate Practice Groups.

 

Mr. Estreicher has over ten years of experience representing banks, financial institutions, investment funds and other institutional investors and owners and developers in a variety of commercial real estate and financing transactions.  He has extensive experience in representing borrowers and lenders in all types of loan transactions, including CMBS, portfolio, mezzanine and construction loans, often involving retail, residential (including condominiums), hotels, storage facilities and mixed-use assets. 

Mr. Estreicher also has experience in advising these institutions in the acquisition, disposition and restructuring of their interests in these financing structures.  In addition, he has significant experience with respect to workouts and restructuring of troubled debt (including deed-in-lieu transactions).

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Estreicher was an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group of Cooley LLP.

Mr. Estreicher is admitted to practice in New York and in New Jersey.
