Eric Seltzer

Partner

Eric D. Seltzer is a partner at Duval & Stachenfeld LLP.  He has considerable transactional experience in various areas of commercial real estate practice, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint venture and management arrangements, recapitalizations and developments.

 

Mr. Seltzer regularly represents institutional and private investors, operators, developers and other parties in transactions relating to a broad range of commercial real estate assets, including office buildings, hotel and resort projects, multifamily housing developments and industrial properties.  During his career, he has worked on transactions throughout the United States as well as in Europe (Germany), Asia (the People’s Republic of China and Hong Kong) and the Caribbean (Puerto Rico).

 

Mr. Seltzer prides himself not only on providing high quality legal services, but also on his responsiveness to clients’ needs and commitment to understanding, and helping clients achieve, their objectives.

 

Mr. Seltzer graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
