Duval & Stachenfeld LLP (the "Firm") is a law firm based in New York City, with an office in Los Angeles, that is committed to providing the highest level of service to a select clientele.
Since the Firm's inception in October 1997, our goal has been nothing less than to build a law firm that is widely regarded as one of the premier law firms in the United States, with the ability to deliver exceptional legal services across a broad range of practice areas. We intend to achieve this goal by (1) bringing together top-level lawyers, (2) providing a helpful and supportive working environment for these lawyers, and (3) permitting these lawyers to provide superb legal service to high-quality clients.
We have since grown to more than 75 full-time employees (including over 50 attorneys) and our practice areas now include corporate, real estate, litigation, bankruptcy, distressed real estate, securities, entertainment and media, environmental, project greenstorm™ and tax exempt organizations.
We have established long-term relationships with a broad base of institutional and other clients by consistently providing them with better service and value than they would typically receive from a major law firm.
